EXPHONE LIMITED WARRANTY
- Exphone warrants this product against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- All products are warranted to be free of material defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- All Used iPhones Will get 1 Year Exphone Warranty from the date of purchase.
- The Limited Warranty shall not be valid if the damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, unauthorized repair, alteration, or loss of the product. Exphone shall remedy the failure or defects of the products under normal use without charge within a reasonable time.
- The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the covered products or refund of the purchase price at Exphone’s sole discretion.
- The warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. It excludes all expendable parts.
- Exphone expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
- Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this express limited warranty.
