  *Exphone warrants the product against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
  
  *Pre-owned iPhones are warranted to be free of material defects for 360 days from the date of purchase.
  
  *The Limited Warranty shall not be valid if the damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, unauthorised repair, alteration or loss of the product.
  
  *Exphone shall remedy the failure or defects of the products under normal use without charge within a reasonable time. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the covered products or refund of the purchase price at Exphone's sole discretion.
  
  *The warranty extends only to the original purchaser who submit the original invoice.It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. It excludes all expendable parts.
  
  *Exphone Limited Warranty do not applicable for accessories comes with the purchased products like Adaptor,Cable, Keyboard, Mouse, Smart Pen etc..
  
  *Exphone expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to
  the terms of this exphone limited warranty.
  
  *EXPHONE EASY RETURN policy accept undamaged products for full refund or exchange with in ten days from the date of purchase.The purchaser must produce the original invoice.The refund will take seven working days for cash purchase and fifteen working days for credit or debit card purchases.

• 1. If you paid by credit/debit card - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
